Tara has a particular interest in scar tissue work and allowing the body to heal naturally. She realizes that scar tissue massage can not only have physical and psychological benefits but help to promote emotional healing as well. She helps those dealing with the effects of stress and anxiety and the related issues associated with it (insomnia, headaches, general muscle-related aches, pains, and tension). She is committed to excellence by maintaining her continuing education and giving the highest quality of care within her practice.
While not practicing as an RMT she can be found being a chauffeur to her kids to and from the rink and gym. Tara enjoys playing hockey, working out and spending time with family and friends.
